These terms govern your use of the OddsZero protocol and associated services. By interacting with smart contracts or using the website, you accept these terms in full.

OddsZero is a decentralized prediction market protocol deployed on the Sui blockchain. It enables users to create, trade, and resolve multi-outcome markets for various events. All operations are executed through on-chain smart contracts.

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this service.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with any local laws governing your use of blockchain-based services.
• You must not use the platform in jurisdictions where blockchain or prediction market activity is prohibited.

• You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. Loss of access to your wallet may result in irreversible loss of funds.
• You must not engage in market manipulation, fraud, or any activity that harms the integrity of the protocol.
• You are responsible for understanding how prediction markets work before participating.

• Prediction markets involve significant financial risk. You may lose all or part of your invested capital.
• Market outcomes depend on real-world events. Events may resolve unexpectedly or not resolve at all.
• Past performance of any market does not guarantee future results.
• This is experimental software running on a decentralized network.

Markets are settled via the protocol's oracle mechanism. OddsZero does not control market resolution and cannot reverse transactions once confirmed on-chain. Liquidity providers bear impermanent loss risk.

The protocol may charge network fees, trading fees, or other service fees as specified in the smart contract code and documentation. Fee structures may be updated via protocol governance.

The protocol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Use the protocol at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsZero and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the protocol.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OddsZero contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the protocol or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
